The FPGA based on the PMC module has optional configurations, including 1M, 2M, and 3M gates, each with 12K, 17K, and 24K logic cells. The FPGA with the above DSP functions also has an on-chip large-capacity memory and a high-speed interface.
An optional 4-channel 14-bit A/D converter is available with a sampling rate of 20MHz or 65MHz; a 2-channel 900KHz 16-bit D/A converter. The PLX PCI 9056 controller provides 32-bit 66MHz bus control with dual channel DMA support.
The board also features 1MB of dual-port RAM for data storage and 2MB of flash for FPGA code storage, and an additional 1Mb of internal FPGA memory for A/D and D/A data FIFO buffers.
